Where does the datetime on the device card come from?
The datetime on the device card is the coop door device local time, not just the time copied from your phone.
When the coop door wakes up and connects to the internet, it reads the time from its built-in RTC clock and reports its timezone and datetime to the server.
The app then uses the device timezone and the latest time sync information to show the coop door local datetime on the device card.
Because the coop door sleeps to save battery, this datetime may not update every second. If the door is sleeping or offline, the card may show the latest known device time until the next wake-up.
If the datetime is wrong by several hours, check Settings > Time Zone in the JJ Chicken App. If it is only a little delayed, wait for the next wake-up cycle and make sure Wi-Fi signal and battery power are good.
